David Bacon
David qualified in 1980 and has been with the practice since 1986, becoming a Partner in 1990. He became Senior Partner on 1st July 2010. He mainly deals with commercial work for businesses, including drawing up commercial and intellectual property agreements, sales and acquisitions, company matters and disputes and advising on employment matters.
David enjoys a gentle stroll (having ‘strolled’ as far as Base Camp at Mount Everest!) and also tries to find time to watch the occasional rugby match.

Sara Beaumont
Sara Beaumont - Sara was admitted in 1976 and joined the practice in the late 1980’s, becoming a Partner in 1990. She specialises in Child Care work and is head of the Family Department. She has been a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 1997 and has also been a member of their Family Law Panel since its inception in 1998.
Formerly a keen tennis player, Sara now enjoys swimming, reading, gardening and chocolate, and has two adult children who keep returning home to live!

Brona Saigal
Brona joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 1989 before qualifying in 1991 and becoming a partner in 1994.
She deals exclusively with family work including injunctions, residence and contact, divorce proceedings and their effect on finance and property and care proceedings.
Brona has two growing sons and spends much of her spare time ferrying them around!

Pauline Lindo
Pauline qualified in 2002 and joined the practice in 2004. She became a partner in July 2008. She deals exclusively with family work including injunctions, residence and contact, divorce proceedings and their effect on finance and property and care proceedings.
She is a member of Resolution, who work towards amicable solutions of your problems and is also currently a Trustee of the local Citizens Advice Bureau.
In her spare time Pauline enjoys music, particularly live gigs, theatre and watching athletics and tennis.

Sharon Hundal
Sharon qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined the firm shortly afterwards as a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution/Litigation Department. She became a Partner in August 2010. She has experience in a range of areas including contractual disputes, employment, residential and commercial Landlord and Tenant matters and Personal Injury. She works alongside David Bacon.
In her spare time Sharon enjoys going to the gym.

Jean Nixon
Jean is our hugely experienced Probate Manager and has a wealth of experience in dealing with Wills, Tax and Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Estate planning through to Probate and Administration of Estates. Jean can provide practical advice whatever your situation and can also deal with the sale and purchase of property.
In her spare time Jean enjoys looking after and riding her horses, classical music and American History.

Jo Hill
Jo passed her Law Degree in 2003 and followed this by studying for her Post Graduate Diploma in Law at DeMontfort University Leicester. She joined the firm in 2006 and now works in our Family Department as a Legal Assistant.
Jo enjoys DIY, socialising and travelling. |

Andy Devereux
Andy qualified in 1984. He specialises in Commercial Property and Business Sales and Acquisitions. He has considerable experience of dealing with Licensed Premises and advising Business Clients generally. He deals with both Freehold and Leasehold property and is experienced in acting for Property Developers. He became a Partner in August 2010.
In his spare time he is a keen golfer, enjoys watching most sport and still has a passion for rock music and going to gigs. |

Mark Draper
Mark is our Practice Manager and oversees our Accounts Department, IT, HR and many other areas of the business. He is also responsible for this website! He joined the firm in 1990 and in 1993 passed the Institute of Legal Accounts Managers exams with the highest mark in the country that year. He was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute in 2002 and is also a member of the Law Society’s Law Management Section.
Outside the office Mark enjoys sport, particularly football, cricket and Formula 1 and is Chairman of Wootton St George FC, his local club. He also has a four year old son who keeps him on his toes! |
